I got a new Sony Webbie HD video camera (as well as a Nikon D90 - such a sweet camera) and wanted to try it out tonight. Here are some of the things I did. (I couldn't get the video to load, so I'll have to read the instructions and figure it out.)
Woops! I commented and accidentally called your cute baby Luke instead of Clark. Your baby CLARK is yummy! And would still be yummy if his name were Luke. (????!) If you think he'd be interested in older women, my Sarah just turned 2.
Hey Clark. You're a babe. Congrats on making it to the big Numero Uno. It's all cake from here. Stop by my mom's blog and say hi sometime. Catch ya, ~Sarah
"There is no one perfect way to be a good mother. Each situation is unique. Each mother has different challenges, different skills and abilities, and certainly different children. What matters is that a mother loves her children deeply and, in keeping with the devotion she has for God and her husband, prioritizes them above all else."
-M. Russell Ballard
I know how horrible this sounds, but it is really funny to hear my baby say inappropriate words. His little lisp and funny inflections make everything sound cute. 2/4
Our ward switched to 11 am church this year (so happy) and we were on time to church, early actually. When the sacrament hymn started, Ally said "is it time to go already?" She didn't know that there are 2 songs at the beginning of church. 1/2
We lost the mimi (binki) last week. Literally lost it. So we decided to not buy a new one and see it as an opportunity. It has been a challenging week. Clark asks for it constantly, even though he is the one who lost it to begin with. When I say "where is it?" he runs through the list of possible places. "bed" "purse" "car". Just hoping it will turn up in one of those places. Sweet children that I have, conspired the other day to put their money together and buy Clark a new mimi for Christmas. It broke my heart to have to BEG them not too. I just hope he stops yelling at me soon so I don't regret that decision. 12/16
Yesterday we had a homemaking activity that involved lots of sweets and treats. Clark got so excited when he saw my leftovers that I brought home. "CAKE!" He squealed in delight. I didn't realize he even knew that word. 11/11
Our cousin is visiting today because his mama is recovering from the birth of his new sister. Luke and he were going through the Cars toys deciding which one they each got to play with. "This one is Kajigga (Chick Hicks), this one is Dinaco Blue (Lightening McQueen painted blue) and this one is The Bad Guy, because he ran the truck off the road." I don't know if I should be proud or concerned. 10/26
At dinner tonight Emma asked for another piece of fried chicken. Ry looked at it and told her no, all she had eaten was the skin. She said, "I just like the outside." To which Ally replied, "You're like a virgin, you don't eat meat."

Nice still of the trampoline jump! My camera could never do that--it would just be a blur.
I love that your girls have on the same dance costumes that mine play in as well. :)
I'm excited for your new toys.
